New neighbors

Postby egghead » Fri Jun 08, 2018 4:09 pm

Spatchcocked a chicken for our new neighbors a week and a half ago. Their arrival was delayed so we ate the chickie. So they will just have to be satisfied with a wack of wibbies. Sucklebusters Texas Pecan for rub. 6 hours at 240 grid with cherry for smoke. No wrap and no sauce.

It’s a welcome to da hood and thanks for your service thing. Both Navy - instructor pilot and dentist.
