pre-seasoned strip steak
marinated shrimp
smoke-roasted indirect w/hickory
on the FrogMat
shrimp went on the last 20'mn
moved over the direct heat the last 5'mn
finished at 55'mn
tender

I'm thinking about blackening mine on cast iron over Kingsford Friday - - - ?whatcha think, Capt'n? :dont:

i like blackening seasoning Image
but i really like the lite seasonings i've been using with a little olive oil & lemon juice - OldBay &a fennel blend Image
on the FrogMat or skewer

yea.. my buddy from fishing, bowhunting & canoe racing who makes custom cutting boards as a side business Image
I had him make that one to fit in a half oven sheet pan instead of putting a blood groove around the edges

I had your buddy make me 3 of them for Christmas gifts this past Hokiday Capt. They turned out really nice. State of texas cutting boards. He does great work. Well worth it.
