i like blackening seasoning
but i really like the lite seasonings i've been using with a little olive oil & lemon juice - OldBay &a fennel blend
on the FrogMat or skewer

yea.. my buddy from fishing, bowhunting & canoe racing who makes custom cutting boards as a side business
I had him make that one to fit in a half oven sheet pan instead of putting a blood groove around the edges

I had your buddy make me 3 of them for Christmas gifts this past Hokiday Capt. They turned out really nice. State of texas cutting boards. He does great work. Well worth it.
