One of my favorite cooks...
They're rubbed with Bone Suckin' steak rub and smoked for 3 hours at 250 with some pecan wood for smoke. Off the smoker and into a pan with a shallow bath of beef broth, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, and a few pats of butter.
I covered them tightly and let them steam for a couple more hours in the smoker.
Hard to stop eating these.....

Oh Yeah, that makes me want some beef ribs alright. Good idea with the bath, I usually just wrap in foil.
