Say whats on the menu for tomorrow Fellas?

Postby Copasspupil » Sat Jun 16, 2018 4:55 pm

I chose tri tip, corn and asparagus for dinner. Grilled nectarines with ice cream and for appetizers: armadillo eggs & spicy tuna bites wrapped in proscuitto. I saw some nice tomahawks at Costco today which were choice and cheap. 12.99/lb. I've purchased them before from my butcher years ago for 27.00/#

Have great Father's Day boys!!

Picked up some prime tenderloins from Costco. Adding twice baked taters and grilled asparagus. Sister in law is making a cheesecake for dessert.

Whiskey if it rains, gin and tonic if its hotter 'n heck.

I love twice baked. So good. I once did volcanos potatoes on the grill. They are impressive to see but I would have pre-cooked the bacon a little before putting them in the grill next time

Sunday and family day here, granddaughter requested smoked chicken and pasta sauce with fettucine, garlic bread for starters. Sticky date pudding for afters.
