Spicy tuna bites and armadillo eggs and two extra tuna steaks so the males are trying it first before the rest wake up. The tuna is just as good as when I caught it in the fall.

I hope my older brothers who now feel like they know all are apparently desire to do a competition with me for today. One of them feels the need to go to Myron’s bbq class so I said good luck.

The armadillo eggs set up better than I thought as they were wet last night. Not so sure in the bacon.

Well the verdict is in those armadillo eggs were way more interesting with each bite. As you ate it, the flavors came out. Odd but very good.

Jalapeño stuffed with habenros cheese surrounded by sausage which was a spicy chicken Italian sausage wrapped in bacon add sucklebusters to it and brushed with a light coating of bbq sauce
