Pulled pot roast tacos

Postby Copasspupil » Sat Jun 23, 2018 7:46 pm

I used Carne Asada rub on this pot roast, smoked then braised it. It was really good in tacos. The clan ate all 3 1/2 pounds of it.

Don't know what C.P. used but I've used Weber before, when I could find it :dont: There's also all kinds of Recipes out there if you feel industrious :laughing7:
