Beef....it's what's up this weekend

I'm planning on smoking beef for the first time this weekend. I'm pretty pumped. I've done the chicken and pork thing, but not the beef. Rub it down with some roasted garlic and herbs. Get some cold brews and watch the thermometer get blurry....lol it should be a good time.
