I haven't posted any cooks in a while, so I grabbed some pics of the bb backs I tossed on today. I put together a brown sugar based rub with a touch of cinnamon and a little cayenne, and they're smoking in white oak at 275, no foil.
Just slapped down..
After 3 hours in, just sauced them with what I call "cherry bomb", it's a cherry based sauce that's a little sweet with a touch of heat and a cherry finish.

Thanks! The sauce is my own. Has taken a while to get right. Goes great on pork and chicken! Is good for beef that's been rubbed with SB 1836 also!
