Actually you can tell by the fat cap they were fresh picnics. They turned out great and everybody loved it and they like the Mustard sauce. We were running late this morning but I'll get a picture of the leftovers after while

It was pretty cool. After the Dummy figured out he had picnics once he started trimming I remembered that sausage rod in the vertical. It kept the meat moist throughout the cook but didn't drown it
