Marinated a rack of baby backs, some pork tenderloin medallions, and boneless/skinless thighs overnight. The ribs were cut into three pieces to fit on the small BGE and rubbed with S/B Texas Pecan. The medallions were also rubbed with Texas Oecan and the thighs with Hoochie Mama. Dang the stuff is good.

Food looks amazing, Egghead. That Huli Huli sauce recipe that was posted before just looks too sweet for me though.

We can always use more pics here for sure. Like I said in my first post too; even if I think the previously posted recipe would be too sweet, the food in all the Huli Huli pics has looked amazing.

BTW - it’s not sweet.
