Hopefully this is the correct forum, if not, I apologize.
I am currently looking at starting a proper, central TX style wood burned bbq joint out here in Vegas. I will be using a 1kgal tank pit (or two 500gal) and I am pretty adamant about using post oak. We have a supplier out here but I am looking for someone who would be able to get me truckloads at a time. The guy out here wouldn't give me any discount on bulk and 14$ a bag for a dozen logs aint gonna cut it.
I could do either shipping container (buy two, have one filled, leave one to fill and swap them) or a dump container or pallets or something like that. I would imagine I would need a full face cord at least every quarter (very rough estimation btw).
There are some old posts but none of them seem to have current usable info.
Thanks in advance.

I'll give them a shot. Hopefully someone here will have more.
