Had 4 couples over for some appeteezers, ribs, and sides. Shrimp dip, ribs, potato salad, green beans, and garlic bread.
Ribs four ways - Huli Huli, Sucklebuster Texas Pecan, S/B SPG, and S/B 1836. No one knew what was what and asked all their favorite. Two people picked Huli Huli as their favorite and two picked Texas Pecan. All others said they were all good - couldn’t pick a favorite.
240 grid for 5-1/2 hours with 4 fist size chunks of cherry.
