Some briskets

Postby rexster314 » Fri Aug 03, 2018 11:36 am

Did 4 briskets on my 40" Masterbuilt gasser. I put a cast iron skillet over the burner diffuser with charcoal briquets and hickory chunks in it during the smoke. Kept it at 250 deg. Wrapped in pink butcher paper after 4 hours and cooked till tender, about 3 hours more. It meets the brisket pull tests very well.
