Sunday I got a hankering for some chicken so I ran up to H.E.B and picked up some leg quarter's, rubbed them down with italian dressing and Bolner's chicken rub and let sit in the frig for a few hour's. Fired up the pit with hickory and mesquite, kept them basted with Stubb's chicken marinade for around 1 1/2 to 2 hour's, talk about juicy. Also threw on a link of smoked chicken sausage from Prasek's and some red potato salad on the fine china.
