Definitely requires a healthy dose of patience......
I like to smoke peppers, bu I don't grind them. I'll vac seal them in small portions for the winter's chili, stews, and soups.

Turned out great; this stuff is Mucho Caliente. The Hickory Smoke flavor is incredible

That Cayenne looks as good as the Sto baught stuff
I may try roasting some Penners over Mesquite and then finishing them in my Dehydrator "THIS Fall ?maybe?"

I need to try smoking and grinding. The smoke taste has to great with it. Did you ever get your jalapenos dried out?

Too hot for me; I just put a little on my finger to taste it and it tingled for 15 minutes
