Bird is the word :)

Simple Montreal Chicken Seasoning Bud Ice in da butt Bird.
250 over Pecan and Lump for about 75 minutes. At 145 internal it went up to 500 for the crispy skin I love.
Pulled 165 and let sit for a while, can't beat a beer but bird for juicyness...

I still can't look at a "beer can" chicken though without seeing that one OUP had stuffed the lemons into LOL.

Thanks All, been a long while since I've done a whole bird.
And Emm, Not yet but I'm gonna soon.
This may sound odd or just INSANE but I want to try stuffing a Tangerine between the shoulders and see how that works ?

I had a friend in Minnesota that swore by putting a grapefruit inside a Turkey for moisture but I've never done it ?yet?
You could also quarter that tangerine and use one piece to put in the neck hole :dont:
