Smoking up the hood

Postby egghead » Sat Sep 08, 2018 9:36 am

Grand dog sitting at son and DIL’s house in Fulshear. May as well smoke up the hood with son’s green egg. Pecan for smoke.

Eggspiriment- Grabbed a double handful, added some onions and peppers, a smidgen of sauce, extra rub and back on the egg for extra smoke with a handful of cherry. Yep - it’s mo betta than good.

All but the bit that has the extra smoke is vacuum packed in individual servings so they can bring to work.

Lol Parts. Yours has that “how bout you give me a bite” eyes down as good as mine. I slice meet at the same spot on the counter every time. If I even stand there just to stop for a minute now he parks himself right at my feet :)

Good looking 'que there. :D

Funny with the title too. I get the neighbors begging for samples whenever I fire up the Rec-Tec, so I can relate there.

Firing up the smoker in the hood is like putting a hummingbird feeder out mid summer. Lol! Great looking cook, sir! We've added a new 4-legged family member as well and she quickly learned the sound of the knife on the honing steel meant good stuff to come!
