Have anyone smoke the Beef Bottom Round Steak? Care to share your experience on this steak?

I love bottom round! Look around for a cut called "bottom flat". If you have a Sam's membership, they sell them there. They look a bit like a small brisket and run about the same price; usually between 2.80 and 3 dollars per pound. Hot and fast is good, or low and really slow for shredded. I don't recommend cooking them over medium doneness because they can turn out rather dry. If you do, I suggest a good sauce; Bbq sandwich application.. They also make great jerky and hamburgers. Yes, bottom round is a staple cut in my house!!
