Postby woodenvisions » Thu Sep 13, 2018 7:53 pm

Just a mix of smoked Baby Backs and Spares chunked up and set in some Italian Sausage and Garlic Sketty Sauce over Rigatoni and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Never had this before but it was Excellent :)

I agree with OUP... JUST?! Really? That's like saying, "It's JUST a lottery win", or "It's JUST a Lamborghini ".. Don't sell this plate short like that!

Lol Thanks Everyone !

Umm, I think I used the word " just " because of the little to no effort I exerted in this cook. I think it was maybe 15 minutes from the time I grabbed the knife till " face stuffing " time .
These were the Ribs from last weekend.

I think I may be buying a Pasta Machine soon :)

That stuff looks great and in my poor brain is something working.
I guess I will try to make some sausages out of that stuff

Thx Txd, I see where ur coming from lol.

I'm doing some research on Carb ( I mean ) pasta machines, definitely want one. There is NO comparison to fresh pasta, I was a non believer till a few years back when my Mother made some Sketti and I DESPISE Sketti.

However, I Love Rigatoni, Penne, Ziti and Angel Hair even. I know, I know, its all the same but for some reason I just turn my nose up on Sketti.

Moms however rocked but I only had one plate. Other than that, I won't eat it.
