Well i won’t brine spare ribs again!!! The cook was wonderful, tender, juicy but the brine with rub was like eating salt water!! Ugh!! Back to the drawing board flavor sucked definitely will have to have a stable to absorb salt, butt brined was ,wonderful, tender, brine flavor stuck happy there, brisket brine worked too and flavor stuck but not as tender and moist as i hoped...i think i need to separate the brisket cook from everything else. The lamp chops were wonderful and flavor good had a lil char but overlooked that, and chicken turned out alright slightly burned cause i was distracted yip yapping. ImageImage!, ImageImageImage

Looks good! Brine can be tricky. For 1 gallon of water- If using kosher salt, use 3/4c of salt to 1c sugar. Table salt will be 1c to 1c.
