It’s been a long time since we have eaten at Stiles Switch but we really enjoyed it. Their goal was to turn out top level Q without long lines and minimal sell outs. From what we could tell the accomplished it. Recently they opened a second location in Dripping Springs that serves their Q menu as well as some Cajun dishes. Hope we can eat there before long.

My father-in-law wants to visit a few places, we need to add them to the list.
I didn't see any for this particular brisket, but they have a few thousand photos online that make me wanna drive over there today :)

I have heard a lot of good pr about this place....
I work down the street on the other side from them, gonna have to coax the wife to come in so we can go try it...
