I'm always open minded when introduced to new products. Ill definitely check these out on Amazon and see if its something I might use. Interesting flavors for sure. I'm guessing maybe these were intended for Fish more than Beef , Pork and Chicken ?

Either way, I might just give one or two a shot. Thanks for the heads up

Occurs to me that for $20 we could soak our own oak chunks and polish off the rest of the bottle so it doesn't get wasted...... :drunk:

If they ever get hooked up to Amazon Prime (free shipping), I'm a customer.

My experience with any aromatic woods in BBQ has is it sure smells great on the cook, but the aromatics are lost in the heat and you taste the wood smoke.

No offense, but I seek taste with my wood.

I can possibly see a use for these on cold smokes, though. The aromatics don't get destroyed on the heat and will actually flavor the cook.
