Congrats Dragon, just picked up on this, very happy for you and the family.

As for “still situating” I can testify to that. First house I opened the last moving box... wait for it...16 years after moving in when we went to move into house #2 and I found a couple of boxes up in the attic on my last “sweep” of the house prior to handing the keys off to the new owner.

House #2 we did much better, cracked open the last box (found in a back room closet) 5 years after moving in...progress!

Hahaha! Thank you, sir! We still had a couple boxes in our shed that we hadn't gotten into since we moved to our last place near 3 years ago, so I can relate there. Lol!
Have made some more progress in my little barnyard and I sent some interior pica to my brother for a second opinion on some construction ideas for the interior of said barn. The roof is collapsing and I was just curious if he may see some things that I don't or if just rebuilding the roof will suffice.

Thanks! Honestly, I think I've only cracked open 2 cold ones so far. But, it has been rainy this past week and I've only been able to accomplish small tasks outside.
