Boiled turkey?????
Have any of you seen the video for Cajun boiled turkey???? A friend showed it to me at work the other day. Just wondering if any of Yall have seen it?

No it's boiled, just watched a couple videos. Seasoned the water just like a crawfish boil. Don't know if I'd try the method or not but it is interesting.

I'm not a fan of Boiled Bird regardless of the Spices - - - only time I boil Bird Parts is for Stock or Giblets
