I was asked to review the 4 probe InkBird Bluetooth unit a while back but was going to wait till Christmas then my daughter called and asked if I could cook some briskets for her friends. Four today four tomorrow was my plan and I figured this would be a good test. This unit is tailor made for me and my offset as the probe wires are plenty long to reach from one end of Little Mama to the other. It also has a USB charge cord and connecting to the BBQGo app is simple. Like its bigger brother it performed flawlessly for me right out of the box. The unit also has a magnet on the back so that you can set it on a cool metallic surface if need be.
Here is a pic of the four briskets trimmed and seasoned ready for the smoke bath.
The next pic is all four briskets on Little Mama and the probes in place.
The next set is what the app looks like.

I got pics of three of the briskets panned and ready for their new home.
In closing I will say if you are in the market for a solid BlueTooth unit you should give InkBird a look. They are also coming out with a shorter probe wire to meet the needs of the UDS crowd that does not need a lot of wire. The company listens to cooks and are constantly improving their products to help us cook with a little less worry.

I agree with KAM. I purchased the inkbird with the 6 probes and love it. I got it because he said it was great if you wanted to use Bluetooth. Inkbird gets my vote. Can I come over for brisket, KAM? Ha Ha.

Re: Review of the InkBird IBT-4XS
When they sent your unit for review, it read to me as if it were custom; the longer wires, sent just for the purpose of review. Is this going to be a selectable option when ordering the device? A couple different probe length options?
Reason I ask is that is a question I would, in turn, ask the manufacturer. If the unit to be reviewed is not available to the public for one reason or the other as-is, that's not kosher. If I'm offered any items to review, the deal killer is whether or not that model is the same; or freely configured to such upon ordering.
You'd be surprised how many times the answer is "no".

I am glad you like the unit Bockdock. I am always a little afraid to commit to folks because what I like and others do sometimes do not level out. But I could find no faults with the unit so I go with what I see at the time.
