A guy at work told me I need to try grilling a chuck steak. I honestly have never heard of them. What are yalls thoughts?

Excellent cut and fairly budget friendly. One of my favorites next to ribeye. It's a tougher cut, from around the shoulder/neck area but, still a good steak to enjoy.
