Yes indeed and good observations - - - also the meat on the far end opposite the sausage links sure might be slabs of gator. Some of those look to be at least 4 feet in length. This could very well have been taken East of the Sabine also

That's is in Guatemala feeding the Haitians before they bus them on to Mexico on their way the border.
