My butcher buddy hooked me up with a whole lotta wagyu ribeyes.
I ran a couple of taste tests of wagyu ribeyes vs regular cowboy ribeyes. Reverse seared with some hickory in my offset smoker.
The wagyu is definitely more flavorful and tender. Love it!
