Postby Txdragon » Sun Apr 21, 2019 11:46 am

Pork butt for Easter. Wanted a leg o' lamb but haven't been able to find any decent ones. Oh well, better luck later!

2 hours in at 300 deg..

Rubbed with a homemade pork rub. This is gonna be a good one!
I really don't miss tending to the fire though. Lol! I've been spoiled by charcoal.. :(

Done at near 9 hours. Tried like a beast to keep temps between 275 and 300 all day and I really need a better stick burner. Lol!

Old School equals results. It’s no fun tending a stick burner adding firewood but there is nothing equal
