Looks good from here. If you are out of broth you can pour a little beer in the pan as well. Wine would probably work too.

The finished pic looks great. Next time when its time to wrap take the trivet out and place the roast in the pan with the broth then foil cover. This way it finishes in some liquid. I can see why you didntt this time with the apple juice burning off.

Apple juice was my fault. Next time, water or beer or broth....
It wasn't soft enough to pull next morning so we chopped and freezer-bagged most of it.
