Reminded me I had one in the freezer. Tossed it to Blue with some hickory and cherry chunks. Rubbed with Meat Church Holy Cow. Made for a good dinner!

Wife and I hit the point where we just buy breast and smoke them. Love some smoked turkey! Looks great.
