Complete surprise!!!

So yesterday I was going to be super busy after work and I was running short on time to cook supper when my wife piped up and said she would cook. I had chicken thighs played our and already thawed. I begged her not to bake them..i hate baked chicken. Especially chicken thighs...... Anyway..... The next thing I know she has sent me a text saying she had the grill lit and the chicken seasoned. At first i had a moment of panic because my wife first of all doesn't cook meat much and as far as I know she has never cooked thighs on the grill. I wasn't worried about the chicken so much but I was worried about my wife. I don't want this to sound like I was doubting her. I was worried about her feelings if she burnt or undercooked the chicken..she puts a lot of stress on herself. Let me tell you the Gods honest truth. That was the BEST PIECE OF CHICKEN I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!. She knocked it out of the park!!!$! Perfect doneness, super juicy, crisp skin, and the perfect amount of seasoning!!!! I have never once cooked chicken that tasted that good. She thinks I'm just trying to boost her ego but I swear it was the best bird I have ever had. If anyone has had a similar experience please share with us. I hope she will tell me how she seasoned it!!!! We were planning on having fajitas tonight and im hopi g she will want to cook them!!!
