they looked a lot better than that ; I didn't take the picture until we had finished eating but they were perfect

Yes, I watched .He had one of those Guru temp things . He ran the egg at 295 for 4.25 hours until ribs hit 195 on Guru . he quickly wrapped them in Butcher paper , wrapped in a towel and put in a cooler for an hour

thanks, next time I have the "participation reason", I'm gonna try a plate of those - - - Sherry is not much of a meat, especially beef, eater so I need some gluttons to help me out :tup: :salut:
