New BWS

Did my first cook on my new Party. A couple slabs of pork ribs, some beef short ribs, and some corn casserole and green beans to complete the meal. Really happy with the results.

Honu ---this is the drum smoker. I've done some mods since the picture. I took off the risers and put the ball valve right on the pipe nipples on the bottom. Handle on the lid and a thermometer. Still need to put on second grate. Works great. Look better after I paint it. Named "BUC", for Butt Ugly Cooker!
