Ribs and pulled pork on the WSM

Postby Norway Joe » Sat Jun 22, 2019 3:20 pm

Smoked a couple of ribs and a Boston butt on the WSM. Twice baked potatoes and coleslaw. Got the ribs from another store today. Not as good as the last one I made, but still good..

Late dinner as it often is during summer. Didn't eat before 9.30 PM. Today is the longest day and they will only get shorter and shorter until Christmas.

Got a little more smoke than planned since a house in our neighborhood caught fire and burnt

As you can see from picture of the burnt house taken at 10.15 PM the sun is still up.ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Food looks beautiful but I hope the people whose house burned are okay.
