Pork belly burnt ends

Promised my Kiwanis buddies I would bring them a yummy appeteezer tomorrow. So it’s burnt ends.
Scored both sides to make some extra little pockets of flavor, cubed, hit em hard with S/B Texas Pecan, on to the egg for about 3 hours at 230 with cherry for smoke, bumped the temp to 350 and into a pan, added more Texas Pecan and sauced with SBR then covered for about an hour, then finally back on the grate with more sauce and honey for about 45 minutes.
