Promised my Kiwanis buddies I would bring them a yummy appeteezer tomorrow. So it’s burnt ends.

Scored both sides to make some extra little pockets of flavor, cubed, hit em hard with S/B Texas Pecan, on to the egg for about 3 hours at 230 with cherry for smoke, bumped the temp to 350 and into a pan, added more Texas Pecan and sauced with SBR then covered for about an hour, then finally back on the grate with more sauce and honey for about 45 minutes. Been snackin :D

Home run! :salut:

I cook PB burnt ends fairly regularly. They're pure candy and don't get the respect they deserve.

Yours look fantastic! :D
