Getting The Old Dog Ready

Postby Rambo » Fri Nov 03, 2023 4:01 pm

My Grandson is turning 21 Sunday. The Parents requested my BBQ so I’m going to oblige. Just running a chimney through there this afternoon to season the grills; sprayed them with Pam. I’ll start trimming and Seasoning tonight; wrap in plastic wrap; and kick the smoking off about 5 tomorrow. Once I get 4 hours good smoking on it I’ll KAM Pan about 10 Saturday night and go to oven at 170 for the night. Should work out perfect for a 1 PM feeding
