Getting ahead of the game

Postby bobcat1 » Sun Dec 17, 2023 4:42 pm

A little Pre-Cooking for Christmas Eve dinner with the Family. Supposed to rain all weekend, so I pre-cooked some Pork Tenderloins for everyone. Vacuum sealed 3 of them for the holiday weekend.... somebody had to sample 1 of them. 8)

They turned out great according to the taste-tester. :chef:
