If it doesn’t quit raining in the next 30 minutes, my burnt ends are going in the oven.

Nice work Rambo!!!
I do a lot of precooked briskets for my neighbors. A method I use is once the brisket is cooked I go ahead and slice it then I separate the ajus from the grease from the pan. Place the slices in a two gallon zip lock freezer bag and poor the ajus into the bag. I then place the bag in a ice bath and force the air out and seal. Let it cool then either freeze or refrigerate. Once warmed up in a pan it is just like I took it off the cooker.
