No but there was a lot of juice so they were moist. We are a couple also and it’s very convenient when you don’t want to cook or takeout; just drop the bags in semi hot water but don’t let it boil (cook). Great hot meal in 5 minutes

looks like you have a good assortment to choose from.
I never even look at the "flats" at the store based on what you said, they are "attention hounds"
under normal conditions I can steak for the price of a brisket lately so have been ignoring the brisket lately.
your cook looks good, back when if was cooking enough to freeze I would make up the vac bags and fold them closed and place in the fridge freezer for a couple hours the do the vac and seal this method prevented sucking the juices out of the meat as they would be solid frozen.
