Loin back ribs

I got 3 racks of loin back ribs for today. :D

Rubbed and ready for the smoker using pecan and apple wood

Them's some meaty ribs, I looked at BBs for 3.69 lb. then bought spares for 1.69 the spares were a lot more meaty. Those really look good Jim.

PT, I'm the same way. I usually do spares, more meat and a better price. :D
I got these at Sam's, they were $2.79 a pound and really looked meaty, so I thought I would give them a try. :D They were real good. I almost forgot to check on them, I'm so used to spares taking longer to cook. :D
