Lazy Q Brisket

Postby bigwheel » Sun Apr 15, 2007 3:22 pm

Got two big severely trimmed National Beef choice packers on in Fred's upright. Got my Big Jim Lazy Q propane burner going in the bottom with a cast iron pot full of wood on top of that. Next in the pecking order come a water pan. Been chuckling away about 3 hrs so far. Have had the burner for years but this be the first time have got around to trying it out. It smelling purty good is about all I can say so far.
