Smoked Boudain for Christmas

Postby fshnrob » Wed Dec 26, 2012 9:22 am

I've been getting some really good Boudain from a guy I met out of Liberty, Tx. and decided to throw some on the Smoker. This stuff was addictive cooked in the oven, now it's like crack on steroids!!!

Rob, dang that looks awesome, Liberty, I know the area well. I grew up close by, course that was a long time ago. See if you wrangle the recipe from the maker. CF :D
OK, get over it, you lost. God bless America

Always a fan of boudain myself... Usually go to Mardi Gras with some friends and we try to pick a load up before coming home. Makes me wish I lived closer to Liberty. :D
