Amount of seasonig per pound?

Postby Gator » Mon May 18, 2015 3:06 pm

Calling Papa Tom & other Sausage Experts - I realize this is an open ended question, but I have a gentleman looking to use my rubs in sausage making and wants to know how much rub per lbs of meat to use. Any ideas/thoughts would be appreciated...

Kinda surprised you missed this Dan I posted recipes using Sucklebusters rubs for the spice content.

I can help more if there is a specific spice he wants to use.
