I had some Ground Venison that my oldest Son had given us in the freezer but the Wiffy didn't like it so it was just "there in the way" - - I also had some Hi M*untain Jerky Cure and Seasoning that either needed to be used or chunked out so I decided to get the Dehydrator down along with the Jerky Shooter and see what I could come up with. The grind on the Venison wasn't very consistent and it gave me some trouble being very artistic with the Jerky Shooter - - BUT it will eat
Managed to fill all 4 trays with about 1/2 pound left so it went in the trash. If all goes as the "book" says it should be ready around midnight tonight. More pics later but not at midnight.

Not too bad, even tho they do look like dried leather wing bats - - - used the seasoning from the Hi M*utain but probably should have tweeked it a tad and possibly pulled the meat sooner. However they will certainly be good snacks for a couple of days.
