Lamb n sweet tatter curry

My dinner later is a lamb leg curry with sweet potatoes n silver beet, meat tender as. Waiting onnthevwife to get home first. Better do some rice to scoop up,the gravy,lol.

Yip had rice. Mango chutney is what I like as well, snap,lol.didnt have any in the house. Mango chutney goes so good with a curry. I also use a tamarind chutney as well.

Just felt like a light dinner later, same curry ingredients, lamb chop, silver beet n kumara(sweet tatter). Curry. This is right up there for tenderness. The coconut milk gives a nice balance as well. Mango chutney lesson learnt. I've got some.
