I have never tried the chicken sausages like that, let us know how they are.

Only had some turkey breakfast sausage that we doctor up.

Was rabbit season good to ya? Haven't had rabbit in quite a few years.

I don't know what brand the sausage you saw was, but I have tried Aidell's Chicken and Apple Sausage that I got from Coscto and it was very good...

Let us know how that sausage works out for ya!

James.

Sounds like a Rachel Ray thing to me. Not sure if I'd want to try one, think I'd have to be pretty hungry. 8)

Never tried a chicken sausage from Wally World. Had a couple from Central Market a few times that were pretty good. Nothing like pork sausage, of course. A little lighter tasting, but not bad.
