Sausage & Rice Casserole

325 degree oven 30 min

Pound of ground Sausage
Cup of rice cooked
Can of w/c Corn drained
Can of Mushrooms, I use the large can
Can of Rotel Tomatoes
Half jar of Cheese Whiz
About a cup or better of Pace
Can of Cream of Mushroom soup
Sour cream if ya want
Grated Cheese, what ever type you like

Brown Sausage, Cook the rice. Mix sausage, rice, corn, shrooms, rotel, whiz, pace and shroom soup in what ever baking pan your gonna cook it in (9x18x2 or somethin). Then I put in several scoops of Sour Cream and mix it up. If it still looks a little dry, add some buttermilk or sweetmilk.

when there is about 10 or 15 min left break out the bag of cheese and sprinkle all over the top.

Total time about an hour.

I love these low cal recipes - sounds really good - gonna hve to give that a try!
