OK, I am gonna try a fatty. I bought a small chub of Jimmy Dean Maple, but wondering what to put in it.

What do you guys put in your fatty's?

The simplest form has no stuffing, just rub it down.

Some stuffings I've used:
Chopped/minced jalps
cheese
onions
tators (pre cook 'em)
scallions
shallots
minced garlic (usually with Italian sausage)
or you could divide it to 4 parts and mold around 4 small hard boiled eggs (scotch eggs)

I keep mine pretty simple.

Rub, sliced pickled japs, white american cheese singles, and a little fried bacon or chopped smoked sausage for some texture.

I try to keep it as much as simple. But, from time to time I use cheese and onions for stuffing!
